Daily Comment

CD manufacturing day. I picked up the sleeves from Tami and now have 50 CDs ready for promotion and sale.  And buttons (not crazy about buttons, but I guess somebody in the band thought they'd be a good idea).

There was some great playing tonight at Mac's, and I came home exhausted...

Today's Weight:         210.2 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     209.2 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.0 lbs

Diet Comment
I find my weight hovering around 210 to be distressing. It is not that it is too much - well, it is, but that isn't what bothers me about it - it is that the trend is so bad, and indicates I have to get more serious and exert more control over my eating, beyond my food selection. Bah!

Breakfast

Lunch
At Ruby Tuesday's.
From the salad bar: Spring Mix greens with baby spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato, peas, bacon, peppers, egg and ranch dressing. Not shown: Chicken breast with sauteed green beans, cauliflower and spaghetti squash.

Dinner
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia seed-protein shake: Kefir, almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein),  cinnamon, vanilla, psillium and stevia-inulin blend.

Snack
 Baby carrots and home-made mayonnaise. Hard-boiled eggs and guacamole.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz.   Water:  88+ oz.
