Daily Comment

Today was crazy quiet. A recovery day. I lazed at work, as usual, and had my rehearsal canceled. I did some shopping - I bought a new program for better CD burning. It burns one of our CDs in about half the time as my previous program.

Isn't that a little surprising? It is. I was expecting a larger loss. Hmmm.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia seed-protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein),  cinnamon, vanilla, psillium and stevia-inulin blend.

Dinner
Chicken-feta cheese-spinach sausage with cole slaw and whole seed Dijon mustard and a Spring Mix and baby spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Cauliflower and Dal Makhtani (black lentil curry). Celery and home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz.   Water:  88+ oz.
