 - and 800 days since I started this blog -



Daily Comment

Sometimes, when I start writing - I forget my audience. I get lost in the tall weeds of my own intentions. I say what I mean to say, but communicate the wrong tone.

And sometimes, when that happens, the realization of what I did happens when I click 'send' or 'post' or 'submit'.

The follow-up letter may go too far in the other direction - all apology, no useful content.

Communicating with a computer is fraught with danger.

 Food and Diet Section

First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         209.6 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     205.2 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 4.4 lbs

Diet Comment
Yesterday's High-Carb/High-Calorie day put all the previously lost weight back on. Today's fast, which came about more-or-less accidentally (I wasn't hungry until late at night) should begin to take it back off.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
Smoked turkey salad (with hard-boiled eggs, celery, and home-made mayonnaise).

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  18 oz.   Water:  100+ oz.
