Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon, maple syrup). Not shown: Scrambled eggs.
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
11:15pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn grounds mushroom protein, chopped kale and spinach, Marinara sauce) on edamame and mung bean fettuccine with shaved parmesan cheese. A Quest bar and peanut butter.
