Diet Comment
With today's gain, this is my heaviest day of the year, heaviest month of the year, and, to be honest, I'm just a little disappointed with myself, for not doing a better job with my weight control. I came back from my winter travels at a great weight, and the chart tells the story of how I squandered this new bit of good health. The problem? Social stuff. I go out, get stoned, get hungry, eat restaurant food, desserts... and drink whiskey. I need to do better.

Dinner
11:05pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette). A square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt. Butter pecan ice cream.
