Diet Comment
Losing a kilo is good, too. This is a weight I'm very happy at. Might make a new goal for five more pounds, but I'm just thinking about it at this point. Meanwhile, I was shopping and was enticed by a big bag of tortilla chips made from cauliflower, which I ate at both today's meals. If that ups my weight, I won't buy it again, but if not, they're very good-tasting.

11:15pm: Vegetarian sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds (mushroom protein), spinach, kale, and Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian spaghetti sauce) and the rest of the bag of cauliflower tortilla chips.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
