Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
I have been at the same weight for the last eight days, and also none of the last ten days. That's unusual enough to notice, but really only goes to show that I am maintaining. Nothing more.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:30pm:
Veggie pizza omelet (eggs, shaved parmesan, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale, spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms) and Golden milk oatmeal (oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, sage, powdered mushroom, salt and pepper).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:15pm: A Quest bar and a lot of mixed nuts.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 66+ oz.;
