Diet Comment
This was an unexpected result. Based on what I ate and drank over the weekend, I was expecting a loss. This might be retained water from eating salty food (including restaurant food) and from discontinuing my 4-day-a-week senna pill (which I was taking as a prophylactic against constipation, one of my few fears). I don't know. I think 196 pounds is my new normal, we'll see if regular eating is enough to bring it down (although I already have plans to dine out Tuesday night, it may take awhile).
