1:15pm:
Veggies and cheese omelet (cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, chia seeds, hemp seeds) and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast with cream cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:15pm: Seaweed snacks and mixed nuts - a lot of both

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
