Diet Comment
Another day, another weigh-in, and my weight hasn't changed. I'm thinking that that's a good thing, given the quantity of nuts I ate last night - it had to be around a half pound - I was expecting a weight gain. I guess I'm in a zone, and it's pretty comfortable.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:30pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, wild blueberries, walnuts, kefir, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:45pm, at the Maplewood Grill: Loaded beef brisket (on sourdough toast with cheddar cheese, bacon, and grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms), with fresh potato chips.

Snack
12:15am: Mixed nuts.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 21 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
