Breakfast
2:15pm: 
Frittata with cheddar and parmesan cheese, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers.
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
10:05pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage, spinach
, walnuts, tomato, and balsamic vinaigrette). A few squares of dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
