Same old, same old. I had a weird eating day, though. After breakfast, I just snacked the rest of the day, no real meals.

6:20pm: A Quest bar and Greek yogurt with chocolate-flavored whey protein and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.

11:15pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, and a One bar.
