11:05pm: Chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken, homemade mayonnaise, Spring Mix and spinach). A Quest bar and a dark chocolate nut bar.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.; and a healthy shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
