Diet Comment
This is as heavy as I want to be. Ever. I think, though, it is an anomalous reading, and will be lower tomorrow.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm: 
Scrambled eggs (with Everything seasoning). Note: I didn't have the buttered Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast, though. Just wanted to use the picture. Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
7:05pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar and peanut butter, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Dinner
10:15pm: 
Dal (lentil) curry on broccoli over riced cauliflower. Not shown: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese.
Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
