10:40pm, from Byrne's Dairy: Half a plain large pizza (I'm upset with myself: Pizza is as off-plan as any food I like, and going off plan for this shitty gas-station version was stupid of me - actually, it was just very stoned of me - I'll pay the price at tomorrow's weigh-in), and a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese).
