3:30pm: Oatmeal (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, walnuts, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). Brussel sprouts with eggs and cheese

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:05pm: Salmon burger on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with guacamole. Cole slaw. Broccoli. A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
