Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    196.3 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/6/22):         195.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
A move up to the trend line. No big deal, to me. I'm under goal weight.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: Greens and cheese omelet (eggs, Swiss cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese. 

Lunch
6:15pm: A Quest bar with almond butter.

Dinner
8:05pm: immi Spicy Beef Ramen with a sous-vide egg drop. Mixed nuts and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
