This was an absolutely unexpected result. I truly thought I would reverse the trend of the week, and failed.

Breakfast
1:00pm: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese and smoked salmon, and scrambled eggs.

6:45pm: A Quest bar with almond butter and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Dinner
10:05pm: Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale and spinach) with brussel sprouts, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Snack
12:20am: Popcorn and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
