I think this result is mild, considering yesterday's awful pizza transgression.

Breakfast
1:00pm: Veggie-salmon scramble (eggs, smoked sockeye salmon, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Sweet potatoes with Everything seasoning.

Lunch
7:00pm: Mixed nuts and Swiss cheese.
Dinner
11:45pm: A Quest bar and almond butter and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.; and some Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey
