Breakfast
10:45am: Greens and cheese omelet (eggs, Cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Sweet potatoes with Everything seasoning.

4:15pm: A Quest bar and almond butter.
Dinner
10:55pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.; and some Jameson's Irish whiskey
