Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
I didn't expect my two large meals of nuts and cheese to allow for loss. What do I know? Not much.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:55pm: Turkey breast with Swiss cheese and guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grains bread. Roasted brussel sprouts with olive oil and Everything seasoning

Lunch
6:00pm: 
A Quest bar and almond butter.

Dinner
10:35pm: Lentil and spinach curry on riced cauliflower
 and a square of. 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and some Jameson's Irish whiskey
