Diet Comment
This weight gain is no mystery. I ate like I didn't know anything about good eating this weekend, including a lot of restaurant food, including a buffet, a little too much Irish whiskey, and lots of sweets. Partly due to my successful Sunday at the Cannabis Farmer's Market, for which I have literally become the poster boy.

Breakfast
1:45pm: Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, Swiss cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese and smoked sockeye salmon.

Dinner
8:05pm: Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale and spinach) on riced cauliflower and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.; and Jim Beam bourbon on the rocks
