Diet Comment
A lot of rich foods and carbs, given that two days of the last four were travel days, leads to a modest gain. It's under 200 pounds, I'm good.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:00pm: Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, Swiss cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers) and brussel sprouts.

Lunch
6:15pm: A Quest bar and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Dinner
8:05pm, at the Maplewood Grill: Grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayonnaise, served with fresh-made potato chips.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.; and some Jameson's Irish whiskey
