4:30pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette).
Snack
9:00pm, at I am Fool rehearsal: Egg roll with duck sauce.
Dinner
12:15am: Salmon burgers with pesto on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread and riced cauliflower and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 2; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.;
