Nice loss, and reversal of direction after my medicine-induced weight gain.

Breakfast
2:45pm: Oatmeal-plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon, stevia). From Farm Girl Juicery, a 'Green Warrior' smoothie - which has a huge list of healthy veggies, herbs and fruits).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:25pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette), carrots and homemade mayonnaise, and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
