Previous Weight (7/5/22): 200.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: + 0.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
I don't know how much of an increase this is. If yesterday's guess was wrong, I could have gained more weight than the chart shows. Or, if it was wrong in the other direction, actually lost weight. I don't know. But this is my actual weight, the highest it's been all year. I know it is the new prescription drug I am taking, effecting my metabolism. They are also giving me some constipation problems. I usually weigh myself after a bowel movement, but I did not have one yesterday, and that may make all the difference.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with guacamole.

Lunch
9:00pm, at Shifty's: Chicken caesar salad.
Dinner
12:55am: A Quest bar and quite a few squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
