Diet Comment
Due to fast-food, high-carb, high-fat high-calorie eating over the weekend (both days), this gain is entirely expected, and appropriate.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm: LEMO (lox, eggs, mushrooms and onions) with sweet potatoes (with Everything seasoning).

Lunch
6:00pm: Sprouted pumpkin seeds and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Dinner
11:05pm: Sliced rotisserie chicken on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with guacamole, a salad with Spring Mix, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, and whipped cottage cheese with blueberries and cacao nibs.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
