Diet Comment
Okay, this is out of the comfort zone, and the highest weight of the year. When I think about it for a second, though, that this is the highest weight of the year is a good thing, or will be if it stays that for the rest of the year.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm: Oatmeal (oats, chia and hemp seeds, walnuts, blueberries, cacao nibs, Greek yogurt and kefir) and mayonnaise eggs with Dubliner cheese.
1:55pm: Oatmeal (oats, chia and hemp seeds, walnuts, blueberries, cacao nibs, Greek yogurt and kefir) and mayonnaise eggs with Dubliner cheese.
Lunch
6:30pm: Whipped cottage cheese with cacao nibs and a Quest bar and peanut butter.
Dinner
9:35pm: Sweet potatoes. And a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
