There you go! One day of light eating - no sacrifices made, though - and I'm back on track.

Breakfast
12:45pm: Oatmeal with protein (oats, chia and hemp seeds, whey protein powder, walnuts, blueberries, Greek yogurt and kefir). A sous-vide egg with bacon and cheddar.

10pm, at Shifty's Bar and Grill: Gazpacho.
Dinner
12:05am: Sprouted pumpkin seeds (I have to finish these - they're too good!) and a Quest bar.
