Another loss, and I'm approaching the trend line. But there's a visitor in town this week, starting today, and that means a lot of dining out. Not good for weight loss, usually.

1:45pm, at the B'ville Diner: B'ville Diner Fretta (1/2) with Swiss cheese (also locally known as the garbage plate, it's sausage, bacon, ham, potatoes, onions, peppers, and whatever in scrambled eggs).
