A weekend with a lot of dining out and a lot of off-plan food, I'm lucky the damage isn't worse.

8:05pm, at Oh My Darling: Cacio E Pepe with chicken, and a side salad. At home, a Quest bar and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
