Diet Comment
Oh, no! The return of yesterday's lost weight. Was it the egg roll I ate during I am Fool rehearsal? Unlikely, at least by itself, as it weighed far less than a pound. But it might have turned on fat storage. It's no big deal, anyway. I'm happy when my weight is under 200 pounds.

Breakfast
3:35pm: LEO (lox, eggs, and onions) with sweet potatoes (with Everything seasoning).

8:10pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
11:55pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette) and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
