Diet Comment
I didn't weigh myself - the weights for the last four days are guesses. Why? Because I was awakened this morning by a phone call from my physical therapist, setting up my first appointment to treat my sciatica and chronic lower back pain. I had to get out of bed to give my medical insurance information. I then went to the post office to mail a certified letter. Three hours passed before I got back to sleep. When I woke up, at 2pm, all I could think about was eating, how hungry I was. I never thought about weighing myself until I had finished breakfast. Too late.

Breakfast
2:45pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, parmesan cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with guacamole.

Skipped.
Dinner
9:15pm: Chopped salad (rotisserie chicken, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach and creamy balsamic dressing). A Quest bar. Two squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 2; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
