Diet Comment
Now that I've had a bowel movement and stopped (day 2) taking the sciatica medicine, I expect my weight to drop. So far, so good.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:25pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, parmesan cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with golden oatmeal (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves).

Lunch
6:20pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.
Dinner
11:55pm: Rotisserie chicken sandwich, on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with lettuce and mayonnaise and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
