Diet Comment
I ended my eating last night with high-calorie, high-sugar food, in the form of dried mangos and pumpkin seeds. I ate a lot of both, too, finishing the whole bag of mangoes I'd just bought, and the bag of pumpkin seeds, too. Amazingly, it didn't affect my blood sugar when I checked it, but the weight-gain was a foregone conclusion.

Skipped.

98:35pm, at Applebee's: Southwest grilled chicken salad, and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 52+ oz.; and a cocktail made with cucumber vodka
