Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
A bit of a retracement in the weight category. I did not eat off-plan, so I'm still blaming my muscle relaxers. We'll see how this week goes. My back is feeling a lot better, so hopefully I can stop taking the pills.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:55pm:
Spinach-prosciutto omelet with shaved parmesan, onions and peppers. Salsa on the side. Not shown: A Quest bar.
Lunch
9:30pm: 
Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds, Wegman's Pomodoro Sauce, spinach) on top of riced cauliflower. Not shown: a Quest bar.
Dinner
11:55: Walnuts and manchego cheese. Lots of both. There goes tomorrow's weigh-in.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
