Diet Comment
A pleasant surprise - doing nothing differently over the past week, after a week of gaining or plateauing, I got a kilo loss of weight. Why? How? It's a mystery to me. I went to the scale thinking/feeling like I was heavier, not lighter.

Food Log
Breakfast

Lunch
7:25pm: 
Arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
9:15pm: Manchego cheese, coleslaw, carrots and mayonnaise, pork rinds.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
