I'm not doing much, so nothing to write about.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    203.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/9/20):          203.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
As I've been slowly tapering off of the muscle relaxers (I have a week left), and I'm feeling better, I'm getting more movement in. I'm really not expecting any big moves until I'm off the medication completely. But at least it isn't moving against me, like when I was taking the whole dose.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:45pm: !/2-pound burger with guacamole, salsa, and a salad (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, almonds, shaved parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:30pm: Carrots with homemade mayonnaise, pork rinds with kimchee, cottage cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 76+ oz.;
