Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    204.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/23/20):         206.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
My weight loss continues, thank goodness. I am still uncomfortable with my current weight, and hope to lose more before the weekend.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:00pm: Two eggs, scrambled, plain. Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, walnuts, homemade mayonnaise, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach).

Lunch
8:15pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
12:00am: Cheddar cheese crisps, steamed brussel sprouts with olive oil, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
