Daily Comment
I got some bad news - my friend Frank had a stroke.
It doesn't seem to be too bad - he had double vision and a balance problem, and both symptoms have improved in a very short time - in fact, he was only in the hospital for two nights, and is home now.
I tend to over-react with concern when people I love get sick.
I also, over the weekend, got a very serious note from one of my best friends in Syracuse, asking me not to move away.
I was moved (no pun intended). And now, I think I'll stay, at least until until 2021.
I'm grateful for my good friends, and for the health that allows me to enjoy the love and friendship I'm surrounded by.
Food and Diet

7:35pm: Half-pound beef burger with guacamole and a large chopped salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette).
Dinner
12:00am: Parmesan cheese crisps, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Skipped.
Lunch
