Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    203.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/8/20):          204.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
I've been sticking very closely to my normal eating plan (protein and vegetables), so this is a welcome and overdue surprise loss. Maybe because I'm tapering off the muscle relaxer, I can begin to lose weight like I've been expecting to the last week or so.

Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm:
Spinach and eggs with peppers and onions, and bacon on riced cauliflower with cheddar cheese.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:45pm: Cottage cheese and a Quest bar, carrots with homemade mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
