9:15pm: 1 pint of Rebel Triple-chocolate ice cream - recommended by a friend, as a low-carb, keto friendly, yet delicious ice cream. I found it very, very good. And a Quest bar.

12:30am: Cottage cheese and pork rinds.

7:00pm:
Vegetarian sloppy joe with Quorn Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, spinach and kale, on riced cauliflower with shaved parmesan cheese. |
