Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    203.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/24/20):         204.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
My weight loss continues, thank goodness. I am still uncomfortable with my current weight, and hope to lose more before the weekend.

Food Log
Breakfast
7:00pm:
Vegetarian sloppy joe with Quorn Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, spinach and kale, on riced cauliflower with shaved parmesan cheese.
Lunch
9:15pm: 1 pint of Rebel Triple-chocolate ice cream - recommended by a friend, as a low-carb, keto friendly, yet delicious ice cream. I found it very, very good. And a Quest bar.

Dinner
12:30am: Cottage cheese and pork rinds.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 76+ oz.;
