Daily Comment
I had a nice socially-distance visit with Frank and Debbie, outside the Wailing Trailer (Frank's home and studio).
Frank was working on a 45-year-old bicycle he'd just bought, what we, as kids in the 50s called an English racer.
Debbie was just hanging out, maybe a little bored. She noted it was their one-year anniversary, since I introduced them.
I showed off my new camera, took some good pics of them.
I was tentative - still taking my muscle relaxers, and though I am feeling much improved, there's still a little nagging pain to remind me how far I'd come in a week.
But, after sitting and standing around for a couple of hours or so, I needed to go home and take my afternoon dose - there was definitely more pain than when I first got there.
It was a beautiful day, though, and the company was good, and it was the most social time I've had since I got back to New York three weeks ago.
I'm grateful for having good friends.

Snack
11:15pm: Pork rinds.

5:15pm: A Quest bar.
