5:45pm: !/2-pound burger with guacamole, salsa, and a salad (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, almonds, shaved parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette).
Lunch
9:15pm: Cheddar cheese, almonds, and a Quest bar.
Dinner
11:45pm: Steamed brussel sprouts with shaved parmesan cheese, olive oil, prosciutto. For dessert, a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
