Today's Weight:                    204.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/28/20):         205.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
This is almost three pounds less than my weight when I first came back to New York, in fact, it's the lowest weight I've seen since my last, pre-Florida weigh-in. I think I'm on the right track now.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:35pm: Scrambled eggs and prosciutto with peppers and onions and a huge salad (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette).   

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:50pm: Dal Tadka (lentil curry) on riced cauliflower, and a Quest bar

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
