It seems like all I did today was rehearse.
It was wonderful.
There were quite a few times I had to exercise patience, but it was easy because I had to remember that every musician was doing me a personal favor by appearing at my show and allowing me to play with them. Gratitude trumps impatience.
The last of three rehearsals was a marathon session with my band for the occasion, Reverend Ken's Jubilee Band. The rehearsal lasted four-and-a-half hours!.
I recorded the last couple of hours. Unfortunately, most of the recordings weren't useful due to being overdriven by the volume. But I realized this and got a usable recording of the last run-through of the 4-song set.
I did some "Midnight editing" (actually four in the morning) to break it down to the four songs, cutting out between-song chatter and one false start.
The thing that stood out to me about the parts that I cut was that they were full of laughter. Musicians having a good time. My life is full.

Diet Comment
I don't think I've ever had more consecutive weigh-ins at the same weight! Not the worst problem to have - I thought, for the second time this week, that I would see a weight gain that hasn't materialized.
