I first saw Bela Fleck and the Flecktones at the Rialto in Raleigh, NC back in 1992 (I think; it might have been 1991). It was a mind-blowing experience. I had never seen four such virtuosos playing such unique music.
Tnight, I was transported back.
I got my ticket to see them a month ago, when they went on sale. The venue was the Smith Opera House in Geneva, New York, about an hour West of me.
It was just fantastic, and transporting. This time I stayed and thanked each of them after the show.
I'm grateful to be able to do something special like this every once in a while.

3:00pm: Green-red protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
7:15pm, at Just Friends:

12:55am: Sliced London broil with Philippe's Famous Hot Mustard, Spring Mix salad with creamy balsamic dressing, pork fried rinds, and a Quest bar.
