I went to a session of physical therapy feeling very good about my progress - my positional imbalance (BBVP) has improved noticeably. In ten days I'll have one more session and, hopefully, be done.
After that, it was all last-minute prep for the show tomorrow. Corresponding on Facebook, texting, calling, printing out set lists. I'm playing in seven of the twelve acts.
Tomorrow's an all-day affair. I have a rehearsal with i am Fool - after two weeks of cancelled rehearsals, we had no choice but this last-minute one - then it's off to the show to help set up the stage and sound and hope that the weather holds.
This has been much more difficult, and much more fun, than I expected. I'm very, very grateful that up to now everything has more than matched my vision.

ReplyDeleteYou know how I feel about that. There is NO minimum daily requirement of carbs. Your body will do fine with fat and protein.

ReplyDeleteAs in, replaced? I may get to that point as well, but will hold off until I think I don't have a choice. What I've been thinking about is a vacation in Thailand next year.
