The weekend began with a gig. There was an annoying person at the gig - a woman with some kind of psychological problem, or maybe brain damage.
And I had mean thoughts and said something cruel.
It did not leave me. I could not let go of the guilt I felt at having betrayed my ideals. Especially because it was so unnecessary.
Instead of using my annoyance as a lesson, instead of being compassionate, I was the opposite. I'm letting it go now, days later, and I will be vigilant.
I'm grateful not to be caught up in an unchangeable, unimprovable existence.

Diet Comment
Two pounds? Only two? I ate terribly off-plan from early Saturday to late Sunday, and only gained two pounds, now sitting on the still-down-sloping trend line. Hah!

Breakfast
3:10pm: Blue-green protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
6:55pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
11:55pm: Chef salad (London broil, shaved parmesan cheese, Spring Mix, red cabbage, home-made mayonnaise) and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
