More rehearsing fun today. Unrelated, I had a breakthrough in figuring out a song that has been difficult for me to understand for a while.
Sometimes, its just the little things.
I don't have much else to say about the day - that's a pretty good summary of my day's activity above.
Tomorrow I get a break from rehearsing to play a gig, house bass for Rooters Bar's Blues and BBQ Jam.
What good times. I'm grateful for the opportunities that come up that allow me to flourish.

Finally, after a week of weigh-ins that never changed, a loss. I guess it was inevitable.
Food Log
Breakfast
3:10pm: Green protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
9:30pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
12:25am: Egg and cheese sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
